When are new drops?

Currently we aim to add new products each month, however we don't have a set schedule yet. The best way to know about new drops is by following us on instagram or subscribing to our mailing list. (/✿^▽^)/

What are pin grades?

Grading pins is a way to classify imperfections in order to ensure quality. Each pin maker will have their own grading system dependent on their personal imperfection tolerance, but it usually comes down to the overall impression a pin gives. Grading is also a way to ensure less waste by allowing people to elect to buy a pin that otherwise might not have been sold due to its imperfections. This helps to reduce products getting tossed and ending up in landfills, which we are very against! ◤◡ᴥ◡◥
Pins are categorized into 3 grades reflecting the severity of the imperfections noted. Since enamel pins are made by hand, most pins will not be 100% perfect and will have some slight inconsistencies. The grade criteria is as follows:

A grade (standard)
This is the highest quality; some may have minor defects though they're only spotted through close examination so they look very nice. A grade defects may include:

  • Slight rubbles in enamel
  • Minor color/glitter overflow
  • Minor inconsistencies

B grade (second)
These pins are close to A grade, however they have noticeable flaws. The imperfection range for B grade varies and may involve one noticeable imperfection or a handful of less noticeable ones, however the overall impression of the pin is still enjoyable. B grade defects may include:

  • Signs of oxidation
  • Thicker metal lines
  • Small color overflow
  • Noticeable spotting
  • Minor air bubbles, scratches, or dents
  • Underfilled areas

C grade (lowest)
These pins are the most flawed. C grade defects may include:

  • Oxidation
  • Severe spots or scratches
  • Lack of polish
  • Incorrect color
  • Unfilled areas
  • Large glitter overflow
  • Large air bubbles
**If you have any issues with the grading that was assigned, contact us ASAP so that we can assess and correct the issue**

    Shipping

    For orders involving clothing items please allow the shipping period to take up to two weeks. Otherwise, orders will ship out in 1-3 days, however this is not a guarantee.

    USPS First Class (3-5 Business days): $3.55 (small), $9.00 (medium-large)

    Free U.S. Standard Shipping on all orders over $120    ^ↀᴥↀ^

    We are not responsible for shipping issues that occur during transit and cannot help in recovery unless shipping insurance, provided by Route, is purchased at checkout. We can then help the buyer through Route for possible recovery/location of packages. For more information on filing a claim with Route, visit their claims form here.

    Once the package has shipped, we are not responsible for the status of the package. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping insurance will greatly increase your chances of package/funds recovery should something go wrong in the shipping process.     Return Policy

    Damages or Issues
    Inspect your product(s) upon arrival and contact us immediately about any defective, damaged, or incorrect items so that we can asses and correct the issue.

    Exchanges
    Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is available, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
